For some of us, that might be landing our first assistant principal job. For others, it might be facing our fears and going after the principalship. 1. If you are an aspiring assistant principal, you have to start with this course. The Assistant Principal Interview Bootcamp was launched last spring, and over 100 aspiring administrators have used the course to help them pursue their first assistant principalship.
2. Here’s a YouTube Playlist of potential assistant principal interview questions you might be asked when you sit down in the interview chair. Each video is less than a minute long. Take some time and start thinking through what your answers might be.

Book Recommendation
This book by Baruti Kafele is a great resource for aspiring assistant principals. Principal Kafele poses 50 reflective questions that will help you hone your leadership skills and prepare you to be an effective instructional leader.
