As school leaders, conflict is all around us, and we have to always remember to show up with the right mindset. Otherwise, that conflict may turn into combat, and we never want that.
Focus on solutions rather than blame, and stay calm. Remember that you cannot control how the other person responds, but you can always control how you respond.
