Instructional coaching can be an incredibly rewarding profession, but it can also come with some frustrations. Sometimes the road to improvement is crystal clear to the instructional coach, but if the teacher does not recognize and own the pathway to improvement, it does not matter what the coach thinks.
That is why Kelsey wrote this 3-part series on Jim Knight’s “Partnership Principles.”
If you are an instructional coach, this series is for you. We hope you enjoy it!

In part 1, we discuss the principles of equality, choice, and voice.
Part 2
